I have been a tenant in a property managed by Tim Russ in Beaconsfield for about 18 months. I cannot thank Sue & Kathi enough for their responsiveness & kindness throughout my tenancy. Moving in was a smooth process and any queries I have had since then have always been met with swiftness & professionalism. I highly recommend their service.

We unfortunately locked ourselves out of our apartment today but Kathi took the time out of her Sunday to find us the spare they had at the office. We were so appreciative of it and we’re not sure what we would’ve done without her!
