Mark and the team at Tim Russ recently helped sell my granny’s flat in Beaconsfield. There was a lot of calling and trying to sort things for us when complications arose and they were always so helpful. A great local estate agent.

Not a bad experience overall, Tim Russ handled the sale of my flat having previously purchased the flat via Tim Russ years prior. Overall - the service was fine - with regular communications via email. On one occasion however, the keys to my home were given to a valuer without my permission or knowledge - causing the valuer to walk in unannounced to the home - terrifying those who were in the home at the time. I didn’t feel this was handled very well by Tim Russ with just an apologetic email. A small gesture of apology (e.g flowers etc) to the person who had been walked-in-on I feel would have been a better way of handling this. Although I’m sure this is an edge case and mistakes happen, it left a slightly sour taste.
