Easy to talk too, everyone’s polite and helpful, there’s always someone there to give you a hand ✨ Me and my partner had seen our house come up, we were without a mortgage however we had to view it! Had our viewing with Carl who was lovely, he then suggested a mortgage advisor to us who turned out to be great too. He rang us at 11pm that evening and by 8am the following morning we had a mortgage. A few days later we put in our offer and another few days later we had got the house! Thought the rest of the process the guys were checking in on us and always there to answer a quick email! Thank you Carl, Melissa and Stephen for mainly dealing with us and the rest of the team!
