Highly recommend Steve at Diss and Natalie who sold our house and worked hard on the finer details, very professional and helpful. I was really impressed with the photos and virtual tour that was created to sell my house. I liked that all rooms were covered and this meant that the viewers I received were already clear in room sizes, rather than attending due to deceptive photos and being disappointed. Due to this I had less viewings but sold on the second viewing! I also liked how all offers were communicated in writing and the Wymondham team were great at updating me on progress. Once sold I was passed to sales progression where Natalie and Will kept me regularly updated and went above and beyond to help chase the chain/solicitors when problems arose further down the chain. Overall I was very pleased with the service received and would use S&W again.

We bought our first house with them and they have been great from start to finish. We were completely new to the whole process obviously, and there’s a lot of terms, and situations you’re only ever going to face when buying a house. They were super helpful, and gave really good advice. Everything that was promised was delivered, on time and with updates. We felt like, on a personal level, they were just really nice people.If Steve shows you round a house you’re going to enjoy the experience even if you don’t like the house. He completely understood what we were looking for. Natalie has kept us up to date through the whole process and been on the case to get things done on the button. I 100% recommend these guys.
