I am hoping that some clarity can be obtained with regard to whether the option of zero deposit as exercised by Oulsnams in their website dated 2018 is still available please . I was told by a representative of the organisation recently that this was a no no despite the landlord having no objection to the use of a security deposit..A matter that I raised recently ..So the question to Mr Andrew Oulsnam is can you confirm sir whether the option of zero policy is still available please ? Or not ? IF not then I may suggest respectfully that the website and automated advisor be updated as the impression is given that the option is up to the individual agents

Terrible customer service, despite visiting the shop twice to talk about making an offer on a property I was fobbed off with a promise of a call back. Desided to call Andrew Grant instead who were also listing the property and they couldn't have been more helpful. Don't waste your time using this company, a complete let down and unprofessional.
