Moving house has been very stressful and a lengthy process, however, Tim has been fantastic from day one; from negotiating our offer to arranging the completion date. Tim goes above and beyond in his job, working outside of his hours and doing his best to chase answers to our questions. Nothing was too much trouble, even the daily emails from us. Tim kept us updated regularly.

Excellent service, and in particular invaluable support handling a challenging sales process - caused by a buyer using stalling tactics and gamesmanship to try to squeeze out other interested prties and drive down the selling price. Eventually got the sale over the line at the originally agreed price - to another far more deserving buyer - which was a fantastic result!

I don’t usually write reviews but Oulsnam has been absolutely fantastic, specifically Pete. Since day one, selling my flat has been extremely stressful (borderline traumatic!) and took a very long time (put on the market in December and finally completed in September) due to a buyer pulling out last minute and various issues with solicitors and so on but Pete was very supportive and kind although I had about 100 hissy fits throughout and really just wanted to give up with the whole thing! Pete went above and beyond and communicated politely, patiently and promptly since day 1. Without a doubt this wouldn’t have gone through without his help and I am incredibly thankful that it’s finally over and we can all breathe and move on! When my original buyer pulled out, he told me straight away and put the property back on the market and it was sold again very quickly which was a relief. I would definitely recommend anyone to use Oulsnam if you are crazy enough to go through the house buying/selling process!

Great service from the team, especially Peter Styler, helped my sister and I to sell my Dads property. They came out the same day to arrange photographs, were efficient throughout with regular updates and the staff were always friendly and pleasant. Highly recommended.
