Excellent commercial shop letting service.
Andrew Grant advised us as landlords in connection with the letting of a retail shop, giving advice on rental value and marketing procedures. This was most valuable because, whilst the property was in Northfield, Birmingham, we are based on the south coast. We met a representative of Andrew Grant at the property in the first instance and subsequently we were kept very well informed of interest from parties who viewed. We gained the impression that Andrew Grant were doing their utmost to find a good tenant as quickly as possible., A letting has now been completed and we are delighted with the excellent service we received throughout.

Terrifice Service Overall, and... Rescued A Deal That Was Falling Apart
A partner in the AG commercial dept. intervened / mediated in an issue which was threatening to totally derail an agreed sale. Both sides were brought back to the table and the deal finally concluded. A special mention must go to staff at AG Hereford office, who basically couldn't do enough to help. As I am presently overseas, this involved a considerable amount of additional assistance on their behalf, but this was provided in a swift and professional manner. All in all, extremely satisfied with Andrew Grant's service throughout, and would recommend them to anybody!

An agent in controll
More than impressed with the overall efficiency of the staff at Andrew Grant.. I would not hesitate to use this company again. One priority is a quick reply to my emails, no problem here, very quick replies.
