Good service, responsive to requests and kept us informed of progress. Had to be prompted at timesPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
It was a really long process from when we applied. It went way past the availability date and we had to wait a while for any updates due to issues with waiting for the landlord to move out of the house, not any fault of the letting agent, but once a date was set everything went pretty smoothly and to plan.
Overall the experience was OK, I wasn't as well informed about progress as I would have liked but I understand the pressures agents are working under given the current pandemic. I also found there to be some confusion with updates with some professors saying one thing and then my solicitor or other progressor saying another. Louise daly I must say was brilliant and although not my sales progressor, have me updates when I asked for them in the absence of Becky White.
I engaged Miles and Barr to assist me rent my property. They were professional and extremely helpful throughout the process. They secured a number of viewings and offers. When an applicant dropped out having agreed to take the property they immediately arranged more viewings. I left the whole process to them despite me being on the other side of the world. Every aspect and the paperwork was easy and professionally completed. I am very grateful for their assistance.
Miles and Barr Lettings have given me great service over the 10 years I've been using them. I've been particularly impressed with the quick responses and sympathetic service from my most recent property manager, Sarah-Mae Hocking. Always cheerful and helpful. Only 4 stars to M&B, however, for constantly moving managers once you have established a relationship with them. Could do better here.
