Very knowledgeable and helpful and when he doesn’t know the answer to questions he finds it out and gets back to you quickly.

We had a delightful man by the name of Phil Hopkins show us around a property we wanted to view. A very happy, friendly man that clearly enjoys his work, knowledgeable, had done his research as we'd had the pleasure of Phil on a house viewing last year and again knew plenty about that property as he did this one.
