Phil Hopkins - great guy. Took us round a few interesting properties, and was excellent. Knowledgeable, quickly focussed on our specific needs, and gave us a thorough tour. I’d recommend highly. I’ve found estate agents in broadstairs a mixed bag - Phil is one of the good ones
