We met with Sales Advisor Phil Hopkins who was extremely friendly from the moment he introduced himself. He was knowledgeable of the property we were viewing and used his own personal experience to describe the surrounding area. He had a great rapport with the current owners which made a somewhat uncomfortable interaction between current owners and potential buyers much easier. A genuinely nice guy who was an absolute pleasure to deal with.

We had a fantastic experience viewing the property thanks to Phil. From the moment we arrived he was welcoming, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He gave us plenty of time to look around, answered all of our questions clearly, and offered useful insights about the house without ever being pushy. Phil clearly knows the property and the local area very well, and his friendly, professional approach made the whole viewing feel relaxed and enjoyable. It’s rare to meet someone who strikes such a good balance between being informative and giving you space to properly take everything in.
