Phil Hopkins ( sales advisor) conducted the viewing of Park Avenue, Broadstairs with us. We liked the house and were able to view and absorb details in a relaxed way and particularly appreciated Phil's approach - he was friendly, warm and agreeable, with knowledge of the property and area. Importantly for us, he did not make us feel pressured or talk incessantly which always spoils a viewing for us. Very positive experience 👍

I recently purchased a house through Miles & Barr and from start to finish they were excellent - they were professional, warm, friendly and on top of everything. Nadine was the absolute glue that held the purchase together, she was a superstar, regularly checking in with all parties and going the extra mile to offer support and empathy when things were not moving as quickly as we would have liked. I cannot thank her enough!
