My husband & I have been so impressed with the service we have received from Miles & Barr, Broadstairs. Hermione has been a joy to work with as she has made sure all our queries and questions are answered promptly with a genuine care & attention to our specific needs. She has been positive and bubbly whilst highly professional. It has been a joy to deal with her from arranging viewings to having our offer accepted. We had issues with our sat nav on the second viewing and she calmly resolved the situation, ensuring that we could still view the property with another representative. All of the staff we have dealt with have been a cut above other agents we have come across. Charlotte & Max have been fantastic too especially as they had to deal with my emotional response to the property & our offer being accepted! Thank you all for supporting us with our purchase.
