Phil has shown us round a number of properties and has been very welcoming including me and my parents in conversation around the property. We haven’t felt rushed while looking around the properties and he’s been happy to answer questions and look into queries.

I have viewed many houses over the years, but the sales advisor ( Phil Hopkins) that showed me the recent property I viewed in Broadstairs was exceptionally personable; and his experience and dedication really shone through. He was very knowledgeable about period properties, and incredibly helpful. He gave us time to take everything in, and the option to ask the vendor questions.
