Lease Management of a property in Brighton
Our flat has been successfully rented out and then subsequently managed by Spencer & Leigh for a couple of years now. Through their agent, Ms Clare Fathi, we have kept a very good rapport with our tenant. Clare has been invaluable to us and we have been truly satisfied with the service we continue to have from her. She has kept very much on top of things regarding necessary repairs and her communications with us and the tenant have been excellent. We have developed a very good working partnership with Clare, she gets things done quickly and always goes that extra mile for us especially when things like insurance claims and the like are involved. I have therefore rated the company's services as excellent.
