Mishon Mackay and specifically Alex Rathbone handled our purchase of a one-bedroom flat in Brighton. Throughout the process Alex was always in communication with me, always available and happy to visit the property on my request (several times) and dealt with the negotiation and exchange in a thoroughly professional manner. The exchange was delayed but I always felt that Alex was in my corner and pushing on my behalf. On the very rare occasion she wasn't available, her colleagues stepped in and were also excellent. It was a pleasure dealing with Mishon MacKay and Alex in particular. Dump your preconceived ideas of Estate Agents, these guys were excellent - I would not hesitate to recommend them.

The service we have received from Mishon Mackay has been outstanding. From advising on pricing, arranging viewings to chasing solicitors the team at the Seven Dials branch have been brilliant. Our buyer's solicitor made the exchange process difficult but Alex, in particular, chased tirelessly on our behalf and ensured we were kept up-to-date on developments through a very fraught process chasing both our buyer and his solicitor.
