Well, I don't know how to say this, but estate agents have a particular reputation, and my past experiences have not been good on the whole. Well, I also like being proved wrong. George, Tom and their team in Brighton (7 Dials Branch - not sure if that is Brighton, Hove or Preston Park) and everyone associated with the sale of my house acted brilliantly, honestly, swiftly, and were just wonderful throughout the ups and downs, and tricky bits. No call or email, however fraught, went unanswered; response was always swift and acted upon. I only know this branch, but from this I can honestly say that they were wonderful, and I would highly would recommend this team.

There were also so proactive in finding me potential buyers and kept in constant contact throughout the process.
