I’ve rented with Martin & Co for two years and they’re genuinely the best lettings agents I’ve ever dealt with and I’ve had a fair share of awful ones! They’re easy to contact, helpful to communicate with and from start to finish the tenancy has been so easy. Over two years there was only one problem with the flat which was rectified immediately. The flat I was in was being sold, they always kept me informed and even for viewings they would always work around me as I work a lot of nightshifts which really meant a lot as a tenant and I didn’t have to worry! I’m gutted i’m not with them anymore but couldn’t recommend them highly enough as a tenant, thank you!
