I am happy with all the staff that work for the company very nice and helpful. I believe that Sam Brown need to relise that the property's are not owned by you and you cost me a years rent and are extremely rude. I hope you don't talk down to anyone in the office I would like the company to keep a extremely close eye on you because you need it!! Beachside Builders

Was told we couldn't view a property unless we had an offer in place on our own house. Would not be very happy with this if my property was for sale with them . In previous purchasing have not come across this issue, and can only see this policy benifits the estate agent. As someone who has previously purchased and marketed with them, i would question this policy before considering them again.
