The team here were rude to us as prospective renters from the moment we first spoke to them on the phone and turned their nose up at us and our circumstances (which are not very unusual or unreasonable), saying the landlord would not be interested (later it turned out they were) and that we shouldn’t even bother with a viewing. They were slow to respond or didn’t and made us feel very unwelcome. I’d suggest landlords look for friendlier representation, as they seem to have a monopoly on rental properties but there are far nicer local teams working on letting contracts.
