Big thank you to Tracey Jones in Residential Lettings - my tenant reported a fault with his central heating boiler so Tracey very quickly arranged to get it temporarily fixed. She then obtained a quote & arranged for a new boiler to be fitted. My tenant is very happy with the work & time scale taken; all I had to do was authorize things.
