Paula at F&C was fabulous. She persevered, was patient and tolerant of my communication in trying to secure our dream home. The vendors decided to not sell their house in the end, but she kept us in the loop and was accommodating every step of the way. We really appreciated Paula during the process and would definitely look to buy with her again.

My husband and I bought a property through Fine and Country in May 2023. Simon was fantastic throughout, very straightforward to deal with, excellent communication and always seemed to be available to help push the process through. We were also given access to their solicitor Jinny whose help was also invaluable in navigating through the finer details between all sides solicitors. Paula McCartney helped us sell our house. After we had gone through a tirade of real estate agents who promised the world, Paula came in grounded and set clear expectations. She was very clear and concise with her communication through the whole process. She set up and followed through with appointment - much more than other agencies and ensured the right kind of potential buyers were visiting. Once the property was put on offer, she helped speed up the process and ensured effective communication across the chain. From the initial enquiry Fine and Country conducted the sale of our property extremely efficiently. The photographs and virtual tour were very impressive and the agents who then conducted the pre-sale tours were respectful and efficient. Once underway with the sale Jinny supported us through the transaction skilfully with regular updates and reassurances. I would certainly recommend the company to anyone thinking of moving house.

Ed and Simon’s straightforward and honest approach made this stressful experience far less painful over what was a trying time in the market. The ability to text rather than just call was a huge bonus to help me with a very busy day job. We completed in 4 working weeks (surrounding Christmas) after an outstanding job from F&C and our solicitors at Holmes and Hills. Moving will always be a strain unless the laws are changed that allow either party to pull out of the deal right up until exchange, but Ed did all he could to lessen the worry so we’re very grateful for that.
