Generally a good experience selling our home through F&C. Paula, who handled our sale, was lovely and professional throughout. She was easy to get in touch with whenever we needed. The photos and the details they printed were very professional and showed our beautiful home in a great light. Only slight downside is that they aren’t the cheapest commission wise and they don’t have a local office in this area. Also, expecting you to compensate them for the photos and video if they don’t sell your home is a new one on me, but this I guess is a company policy, and no reflection on Paula who we dealt with. Overall, a good experience
