The entire process from start to finish was a great experience with Fine & Country. Ed Casson was very thorough with his approach and the Matterport on-line system of viewing really hi-lighted the interior of our home to potential buyers. The viewings were arranged around us and we quickly gained the utmost trust in Ed as he carried out the viewings without us in attendance. The property quickly sold. The support from Jinny Walker back at the office kept us informed on feedback from the viewings and once sold on the current status of the legal proceedings. Generally a good experience selling our home through F&C. Paula, who handled our sale, was lovely and professional throughout. She was easy to get in touch with whenever we needed. The photos and the details they printed were very professional and showed our beautiful home in a great light. Only slight downside is that they aren’t the cheapest commission wise and they don’t have a local office in this area. Also, expecting you to compensate them for the photos and video if they don’t sell your home is a new one on me, but this I guess is a company policy, and no reflection on Paula who we dealt with.
