Exceptional service

I am a landlord who used Rentman for around 15 years. Upto their 'fallout' with the software developer things were fine, it was reliable and although basic it worked. I have now had almost a year of agony trying to use what is a rebrand of another piece of software. As a single user I find I am way down in priority. For example I was without access for almost 2 months in April and May 25. As a 'customer' we have been let down with the previous software switched off with no notice overnight. Be aware that the system still has its flaws, it still being changed and often you open it to find items have been lost or moved requiring support. Its no longer what it was and will take time to get back to a usable package. I feel for those who run large businesses with RM cloud. I am tired of paying for a system that I can't and dont use. There are better lower cost packages out there,

So disappointed we have been using Rentman for 15 years but with this fast change over with not been told it was going to happen and with the staff having no idea on how to use the software we have tried to call the office on number of times with no answer and no reply to our voice mails seriously looking to switch softwares

Moved from CFP to Rentman approx 4 years ago. The worst decision I ever made. The software continuously crashes to the point where it is now crashing and freezing up to 12 times a day. After the best part of an hour waiting for someone in support to log on, all they try and do is make out the problem must be to do with our server rather than fix the issue. Theres nothing wrong with our server as verified by our IT team. The problem is firmly with the poor software Rentman provides and the even poorer service. Were a management company that relies on our software in order to operate. Instead we have to spend hours everyday waiting for someone in support to log on and do nothing about it. Appalling

when issues arise they go silent

I wouldn't give 1 star if there was that option. Poor communication. Poor data protection. Poor customer service. AVOID!
