Superb estate agent

Michael was a fantastic estate agent and took care of everything from getting a leak fixed, to signing off the work of a decorator, to carrying out the weekly insurance check. He took care of my empty property for me until I was ready to put it on the market, and then sold it for my asking price within a week! He was a friendly and effective communicator throughout the whole process and I would thoroughly recommend this estate agent.

Sale of Ordesa in Burley in Wharfedale

We dealt mainly with Michael Smale but all the people we dealt with were superb! All queries answered quickly and we were impressed with the knowledge and quick response when we needed anything. Michael in particular was fabulous from the initial visit through to marketing our house and then negotiating a sale price that was better than we could have hoped for. Michael’s prompt advice at all times was spot on and I could not recommend Michael and his team more highly!

Expat Property Purchase

Michael made my property purchase from overseas as easy as possible, he was great at keeping me in the loop as to progress and at pushing things along when necessary, he really helped make the whole process totally stress free, a truly professional firm who I will definitely recommend going forward.

Fantastic Speedy Service

We asked Walker Smale to sell our property in two weeks! We had an offer accepted on a property providing we were under offer ourselves within two weeks. Walker Smale exceeded my expectations, within 24 hours of instructing them we had a sign up, provisional listings on Rightmove and Walker Smale's website and the photos booked. Michael was fantastic, he had a huge list of potential buyers that were interested in our property. The speed that Walker Smale managed to get our property listed was amazing (I hadn't even had time to tell my family and friends we were moving). Michael provided daily updates of the progress and advice on our onward purchase - I couldn't fault them. I would highly recommend Walker Smale for their personal and speedy service.
