This company is looking after their image. I was very disappointed with my appointment cancellation. The reason was someone already paid the deposit the morning before my viewing, and I lost one day of my annual leave. Then a very kind woman, I think Lizi is her name, called me and explained the situation in a very professional way. She also promised to keep me updated about the available properties. Most of the agencies don't care about the customer's and their opinion, but this one does.
