We have just completed our house purchase through Tristram's and were impressed with their services- very personable staff, always at hand with updates. Never had any issues getting replies to our emails. Liam in particular has been very helpful- from the Saturday viewing through passing the happy news of our offer being accepted to handing us the keys. He also referred us to solicitors which saved us time researching who to go with to acquire the property. Being first time buyers we really appreciated his calm and collected manner.
