I recently purchased a house through Robert Watts Estate Agents at Five Lane Ends. The service I received was excellent. The Agency staff member who was dealing with my purchase was efficient, friendly and most helpful. My calls and queries were answered swiftly and the Agents went out of their way to ensure the purchase proceeded smoothly.

Friendly, efficient service

I would highly recommend Robert Watts, Highfield Branch, to any seller. James Hart (Manager at Robert Watts), gave me an honest and reliable appraisal of my property. The valuation and predicted sale price were exactly what was achieved in the sale. My property was placed on the market at the beginning of July 2015 and there were numerous viewings that resulted in an offer at the end of August 2015. Although the completion date was delayed, this was due to solicitor wrangling and was not through lack of effort from Robert Watts as they regularly chased up both solicitors. That said, from sale board going up to completion date was 5 months which I believe is a great result. Pam, at Robert Watts, kept me fully informed and was a pleasure to work with. The only reason I did not give an "Excellent" rating is that, I believe, there is always room for improvement in whatever we do.
