Ian & his team are great to work with. Throughout the letting process I am informed and updated regularly of all developments. For example, dates and times of viewings, how many interested tenants, and their feedback! The company found me a long list of potential, professional tenants very quickly and vetted them to the highest standards. I would seriously recommend this company to anyone. I had 2 tenanted properties managed by Whitegates, and I recently sold one of them, using Whitegates as the selling agent. The support and assistance from all the staff at Whitegates was excellent. They were helpful, professional, and regularly kept me up to date with progress. I was out of the country for some months during the sale, but this didn't affect the process in any way as they covered issues that I could not easily address.
