Duncan Yeardley have looked after a flat I rent out for a couple of years and I can not praise them enough. Each department excels at what they do and communication is superb making every aspect of rental so stress free. A special mention to Vivien Read-Harrison who has gone the extra mile recently to ensure everything has run smoothly. Thanks again to the whole team.

Even though it took a long time to sell our property Duncan Yeardley always found a steady stream of people to view it. The team were always enthusiastic, professional and positive. Judy, Mandy and Karen were great, as were all the team we dealt with.

As a seller through Duncan Yeardley, we have nothing but praise for them. Having previously used another estate agent when we tried to sell 18 months ago, we were a bit jaded with estate agents as a whole. However, the staff did everything they could to put us at ease, and reassure us. We sold our home within weeks and to help us even further, they seemingly went out of heir way to find us properties that suited our needs. During the sale process, our liaisons Karen and Jess were so helpful and reassuring. Could not have asked for more.
