The only reason that I am giving a 5 star rating to Duncan Yeardley, is because I am unable to give them 6 stars!! I did quite a bit of research before putting our beautiful flat in their hands for letting, and can assure you that there is nobody in the Bracknell area that will offer you a better service. We have been dealing with Jan Stamp and her team for 2 years now. In that time, there have been one or two issues that needed to be dealt with as regards both our flat and our tenants. Jan and her team are very quick to respond to any issues, whatever they may be, and keep us updated at every step of the way. As we now live outside of the UK, we feel safe in the knowledge that our property is in very good hands. Before dealing with Jan and her team at Duncan Yeardley, I had been running successful retail businesses. So I know a thing or two about what good customer service is. Something that is (sadly) lacking in most places these days, in my experience. So dealing with Jan and her team is a real 'breath of fresh air.' Don't hesitate in putting your property in their hands. You will not regret it.
