In short, I think this is the best estate agent I had the pleasure renting with. They dealt with all my requests very quickly and everything was always done to a high standard. The whole process of renting from start to finish was very smooth and quick, for example, it took like 4 business day from giving the keys back to getting my deposit back - which they were very reasonable with. Their website to raise requests was also very good as I was able to track the process of each request and was able to see what will be done about it etc.
