In the space of one week we find the perfect place. Leah was very proactive and available with us, we felt really informed throughout the process. Leah was kind enough to organize a second viewing to take some measurements and in general she was always positive and found all the answers and information we needed. They partner with legalforlandlords for references and they also helped and contacted when certain things were missing so that everything could be submitted on time. I genuinely feel this has been the easiest thing to do and that's a massive plus considering how difficult it can be with renting these days.

Have been letting through Martin & Co for nearly a year and it has been great. Samantha Dempster has been our point of contact, she always replies quickly and is super helpful with any issues we have had (although there have not been many!)
