Fantastic letting agents. Zoe is always so brilliant and helpful, she is really wonderful to deal with and manages to stay on top of what needs to be done. All of Martin & Co have been so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them.

This agency had to issue me (the tenant) with a Section 21 - as my landlord needed to sell. But they took care of me through the process, and Philip even helped me search for a new flat. So I am very grateful for the way they dealt with the situation and were very professional.

I was very impressed that Mandy responded so quickly to my 'urgent' email about my central heating breakdown and even more so when the heating engineer arrived within the hour. This is, of course a very brief outline of the situation. But mandy's clear thinking, grasp of the situation and courtesy were remarkable. Thank you again, Mandy.

My wife and I have a small portfolio of properties in the Bournemouth and Poole area. We live in London and it would be impossible for us to look after these properties on a day to day basis. We have been using Zoe Spiers of Martin & Co for a number of years now and we are absolutely delighted with her management of our properties. Zoe understands the needs of a "distant Landlord". She is highly efficient in arranging quotes for repairs, project managing repairs, ensuring all Gas and Electricity certificates are in order and producing regular reports on the our properties. Quite simply Zoe is extremely good at her job and we can highlty recommend her and Martin & Co. generally.
