We found the property that we wanted through Belvoir and so used them for our sale as well. Paul did an initial visit to our property to discuss terms and when we decided that we would be using Belvoir did a second visit to take photos etc. We found Paul very approachable. We always knew when viewings were taking place and received prompt feedback. Throughout both transactions Paul kept us updated and pushed things through to a very satisfactory conclusion without being overbearing.
