I wanted to come on here and call out Belvoir but in particular Paul!! In January my husband and I fell in love with our current property that was on the market with Paul and then instructed him to get our previous house on the market asap for the best chance to succeed with now our dream home - in less than a week of us first meeting at a viewing, our house was advertised with excellent pictures showing our home in the best light. The quickest sale and purchase I have ever experienced in just 2.5 months and I believe this is largely because of Paul. Throughout the sale and purchase, he has been incredible and felt like a lovely friend. We instructed an awful solicitor and Paul was excellent throughout the pain we felt towards the end of our sale and purchase. Helping us scan documents, being there to listen and worked along the chain keeping us all updated but also people on point for what they needed to do. I can’t rate Paul enough as an Estate agent, I think he is excellent. Very professional, driven, feedback always shared after viewings but also regarding the property we were aiming for. Paul you were a wonderful support going above and beyond to keep us all happy, updated and most importantly keep us to the completion date we were all working towards!
