At every stage he chased up buyers solicitors, sellers solicitors and the flat management company ensuring that the process did not lag unduly. His determination to get the deal across the line in the face of numerous queries was impressive. At several stages we were both of the opinion that the deal would fall through after nearly 8 months. However, we pulled it through with exchange and completion on the same day. Met him personally. He is very approachable and friendly.
