Paul did an initial visit to our property to discuss terms and when we decided that we would be using Belvoir did a second visit to take photos etc. We found Paul very approachable. My experience with Paul Matthew’s at Belvoir has been none of the less, outstanding. Paul was the estate agent acting on behalf of our buyer, we were not his clients but that didn’t stop Paul from treating us like we were. He went absolutely above and beyond from start to finish and became my main source of contact for questions, support and advice. Without Paul, I do believe it would have taken many more weeks (if not months) for the whole chain to complete, he was persistent and wasn’t afraid of putting things straight. He provided impeccable service not only for his client, but for us to. In fact, Paul was much more supportive to us than our own estate agents (which surprisingly have good reviews and were recommended to us, but were not to the same standard as Belvoir).
