Got Two rentals, very happy with friendly, knowledgable staff. High standards, and I know my properties are in very good hands

I have used Belvoir as my agent for at least 8 years now, and that in itself says everything. I have been impressed with their professionalism, speed of response and fair mindedness in sorting outing problems that do inevitably arise from time-to-time. I expect to be with them for many years to come. Thanks.

As a landlord of 2 properties rented out and managed by Belvoir, I highly recommend this company. The rentals are managed proffessionally by a courteous friendly team and I am kept informed of all things necessary regarding the successful letting of my properties. Compared to other letting agents which I have dealt with, Belvoir is streets ahead

I should have written this review quite sometime ago however the fact that after the passage of time I still feel it important that I write, is an indication of just how good Belvoir Boston are. They are professional in all respects but quietly efficient is perhaps a better way to describe them. Belvoir care both for their tenants and landlords alike, there are many pitfalls in the rental market so its important that you use the best agents you can find, in Belvoir Boston thats exactly what you will have.

Overall I think my experience with Belvoir letting my house for the last approximately 7 years has been a good one.

Have different views on what is a priority. If a household with a baby of 12 weeks have no boiler...hot water or heating. Saying they can do nothing for 5 days! Oh they have heaters but you have to pick them up because they don't drive..also no one in the office after 12 until Monday!!

Reply from agent

When you reported on behalf of the tenants the boiler had failed on Saturday 8th May you were aware the boiler was scheduled to be replaced on Wednesday 12th May. We spoke with the plumber and he was unable to replace the boiler any sooner. He also told us there was nothing he could do temporarily to get the boiler up and running due to it being an electrical fault inside the boiler, which you understood. We offered the electric heaters on collection and the tenant confirmed she did not need them as she would be borrowing heaters from her friend until the planned boiler replacement. If this was not the case we could have tried to arrange an alternative but with the information we were given we believed the tenants did not need our heaters. If the tenant was unable to borrow the heaters from her friend she could have called our out of hours line (which all tenants are told about when they move in) or contacted the office on Monday 10th May. I’m sorry you feel we have different priorities, this is not the case. If you would like to discuss this more please feel free to contact the office.

Unfortunately, have bad experience with Belvoir in Boston. Got a flat with door opened less than half where I have to remove it completely to allow my stuff in.Moreover, the heater is not working from the day one and till this moment not sorted out despite electrician is up and down. Can't imagine renting a house with no heater working from the start..I regret it.

Dear Yousif we are sorry to hear you feel this way especially given that within 20 minutes of the door issue being reported we had a contractor there to remove the door for you, this was a fault with the property we were not aware of as you are the first tenant we have ever put in this flat. With regards to the heating issue at the property, a contractor attended on the same day as you first reported the issue. As you mentioned the contractor is still working on resolving the issue due to it not being a simple repair. They will of course aim to have this rectified as quickly as it is possible to do so.

Spoke to a few of them over there and talk about being rude and arrogant. Really unprofessionally people....NegativeQuality, Professionalism

Dear Danish We are sorry to hear you feel this way. We have looked back through our records and note you viewed several properties with us back in July where we accommodated the viewings to fit in with your schedule. We also note none of these were suitable for you, therefore we were surprised by the review you have left. We would appreciate if you could contact us to discuss your complaint as we at Belvoir Boston do take these matter seriously. We look forward to hearing from you.
