Can't share anything yet as I have not had any response from Winkworth since my initial call to them.

Winkworth Borehamwood failed to take responsibility when an item was lost after we vacated a rental property, despite agreeing it would be left for collection. Their response was dismissive, unhelpful, and unprofessional. This agency demonstrated a lack of integrity and disregard for their clients' concerns. I strongly advise against using them. While I must acknowledge that Alex was initially supportive and communicative, this positive aspect is overshadowed by the agency's overall failure to uphold their commitments and resolve this situation.

We have been calling this estate agents for 3 weeks to enquire about a property to buy and make a viewing, someone always says they will call us back, we are still waiting for a phone call back!!!

Be very careful with this agency. After 3 years of staying in a flat rented from this agency, we decided to move and when we got the flat there were several small problems and I didn't take pictures, my mistake. Now when I take the deposit, they asked for around 600 pounds to fix the problems that were already there.
