Lovely people, helpful and genuine. Buying or selling a house can be incredibly stressful and we've had conveyancers in the past who seemed like robots. Neilsons were the opposite - treated us like actual humans, explained things clearly and responded quickly. When we couldn't proceed with our purchase, they were understanding and reassuring and dealt with things very quickly. Would recommend !

I have recently used Neilsons to help me alter the title deeds on my property. The service they provided was exceptional. I had to ask a few questions during the process and they always came back to me very quickly and their answers were always very helpful. I dealt mainly with Nicole and Sheila and they were both very helpful and professional. I would recommend Neilsons to anyone.

We have just sold a house through Neilsons. From the first point of contact and throughout the process, the staff at Neilsons couldn’t have been more helpful. Their communication with us was excellent- we felt that we knew what was happening at each stage. We really felt that Neilsons did their very best for us and we can highly recommend them for anyone looking to sell a property. Professional, knowledgeable and efficient are three words that immediately spring to mind!

I have recently bought property with Neilsons in Bonnyrigg and i can’t rate them highly enough. Throughout the whole process they have been very professional and Kept me fully informed all the way through. It was also very handy being able to pop in to the local office for any questions that were needing answered. Would definitely recommend this company to all my family and friends and will be using them again.

We can’t thank the Neilson’s team enough for how smooth they made the process when buying our first home. Diane, Gill and the rest of the Bonnyrigg team were always available to answer any questions or queries we had and made sure there was always someone available to help us out. We sold our late parents house through Neilsons and I have to say from beginning to end the staff could not have been more helpful. Very friendly staff both in the property department and in the Bonnyrigg office. It was a pleasure to speak to all the staff most days. Thank you all so much.
