From contacting Neilsons to completion of sale was about 7 weeks. Neilsons kept me informed at every stage of where we were in relation to the sale. The staff are all very efficient and also super friendly. The final bill was less than I expected. Strongly recommend them.

After almost a year of scuttling around like a demented gerbil trying to negotiate the sale of my flat through a Manchester-based estate agent, I was having no success and was ready to abandon the project and either rent or stay put.. I was being approached by several other well-known estate agencies in Scotland , I decided to try my luck with Neilson’s primarily for conveyancing purposes because it was very local. I really think I struck gold. The staff were sympathetic , friendly and professional in their handling of the conveyancing issues arising from the contractual agreement with the estate agency and another lawyer. I highly recommend this firm.
