We used Neilsons for the sale of our flat and were very satisfied with their excellent processes from the start until the final sale. We were also able to track our process using the Neilson IT Portal giving us an overview of the current status on every interest, flat viewing and offers made. Sale close out was fast, proffesional and efficient too. Neilson staff were amazing and were always available to answer any queries we had and they kept us fully informed at all stages. We would highly recommend other buyers/sellers consider using Neilsons; based on our good 5 Star experience in 2021.

Bought and sold through Bonnyrigg Office and property dept. They kept us well informed every step of the way. Very professional. Every one we dealt with were very pleasant and helpful. Would certainly recommend them.

Great experience from start to finish Rob started ball rolling ,and I sat back and relaxed in full knowledge that I had chosen wisely.All staff from Neilsons were very professional in all aspects of my house sale with special mention to Diane Yates who dealt with all matters of my sale and purchase of our new home.First class and highly recommend that you give them a try .

We were recommended Neilsons by our financial advisor and we were not disappointed. Diane guided us through our property conveyancing as we did a part exchange in order to buy a new build house. The builders strongly recommended their 'partner' solicitor but we wanted someone independent to work on our behalf. Throughout the process she was able to answer any questions promptly and we always felt reassured at a stressful time. Due to Covid-19 we never actually met Diane and Gill, but thank them deeply for their efforts. Neilsons come highly recommended.

We have used several different solicitors and so far, Neilsons (Bonnyrigg office) has been the most professional by far. We used them in the buying of a property and they kept us well informed every step of the way, clearly explaining the different options we had. They made the whole process straightforward and stress-free. A big thank you to Diane, Gill, Linda, Suzie and the rest of the team! A fantastic team! I would highly recommend them and I would definitely use them again.
