We used Neilsons for the sale of our flat and were very satisfied with their excellent processes from the start until the final sale. We were also able to track our process using the Neilson IT Portal giving us an overview of the current status on every interest, flat viewing and offers made. Sale close out was fast, proffesional and efficient too. Neilson staff were amazing and were always available to answer any queries we had and they kept us fully informed at all stages.
