My experience was very different to everyone else which has left a review which I don’t understand I went with manning stainton as I was really impressed with the guy who came to do the valuation, Callum, he seemed lovely and also honest. He quoted me a lot more than other companies had and said that was because they provided a very good service and I would be able to tell that was why it was more expensive. Don’t waste your money, you still have to call them relentlessly for feedback. The lady dealing with us once we had a buyer was ok, but never there when I needed her as the sale was full of problems. The only good thing about it was the sale fell through (not their fault) so I didn’t have to pay them anything My advice is you have to chase them regardless so you might as well find a cheaper estate again and chase them and save some money!

I used them to sell my house in Bletchley. The communication was good which i reaĺly appreciate but my house was under estimated which i only found out after a month. Its partly my fault too but i have no idea how this housing market works which is why i paid them huge money to sell my house but they let me down by under estimating my house by 5k. When i found out this after 4 weeks i asked for explanation why it was under estimated but i never had proper response. Since it was late in the process i just wanted to complete this and not create any more fuss so i just left it. Clearly they using some tactics to under estimate some properties. Be careful when you decide to use them and you know whats your house worth is.. dont let this estate agents to decide your house price. There are many other online agency these days who can sell your house for very little money, i paid huge amount to this estate agent just to sell my house for cheap - be careful if you decide to use them.

While renting property from Manning Stainton everything was fine. Issues started with deposit return. Person who was dealing with the case had lack of professionalism, knowledge and basic politeness. Only when case was escalated to senior member of the staff deposit was returned (1 month after moving out). By this reason only 2 stars.

Let down mainly by two members of staff with a terrible sense of humour. I'd rather just deal with my landlord direct rather than going through these guys but you can't have it all.

I inquired about a property at least twice and never get back to me, this is every property that I inquire with them never get back to me never ever want to get back to me all because we're on benefits. I will never lose his agency ever again thanks a lot for discriminating me.

Had put in for a few rental properties with Manning Stainton where we had 0 contact from them for 6 weeks. Where both properties had been reduced. After emailing them a few times we received a reply stating they was short staffed. Within 20 minutes we had been booked for viewings. One of which was a property we was very interested in and hopefully looking to take the property however due to Manning Stainton not contacting us for several weeks before the property had since been taken. Very little communication from them
