Disgusting the way they treat people. My parents paid a holding fee, completed all the relevant paperwork, told when they were getting the keys only to be told they had rented it to someone else. The manager, Gareth, who offered them the property, then refused to speak to them. No explanation. No apology. According to their staff, this happens all the time. Stay clear of Hunters Blackpool

EDIT: extremely rude and unproffesional director Gareth. My situation has changed and I've "inherited" an assistant dog (thanks God because I was struggling!). Zero empathy from staff, talking to me like I'm a 3 year old with zero understanding to the contract, nor the law. Also landlord shows up at the premises without notice to me nor agency and wants to come in the flat. Stressful and disgusting! No professionalism whatsoever. __________________________________ Great experience, quick and easy process, I didn't even have to come to the office after the viewing! Once moved in, agents were always helpful with any queries and questions! Best agency I've rented from so far 🙏🏻❤️
