The team were really efficient in finalising the legal side of the letting. Thanks!

Very professional, friendly and I've used this agent for 6 years running. Yasmin runs a great team who provide good tenants. The charges are pretty steep but good value considering the excellent service
We went to JLL after being recommended by a friend and we were not disappointed. We found a great flat in the location we wanted and within the limit of our budget. The agents were kind to guide us through every step of the referencing and renting process, which is a bit tedious in terms of bureaucratic paperwork load. Everybody was very professional and we moved in in a flash.
Great people to work with and can definitely recommend them. Only slight thing to look out for is that they requesting the entire letting fee upfront which came as a bit of surprise.
One of the better letting agents I have done business with, very fast and mostly painless process. The agent I dealt with was really helpful and checked in regularly during the referencing to make sure everything was fine. Another big positive was that almost all of the process happened electronically, something which not all letting agents can do. Their fee schedule is probably pretty standard but I did find the £180 in the tenancy agreement to re-sign the contract a bit steep.
I now remembered I forgot to update my remark of JLL. After my negative remark, JLL property manager did her best to fix all the issues I had. Therefore, I will give you a 3* rating as an average of 1* and 5*.
I would not recommend them. Initially excellent service when I was trying to choose an agent, and they did find a tenant. However, once the tenant was in place the service was definitely lacking. They were unable to resolve persistent late payment issues regardless of repeated promises to ensure the tenant had standing order in place, and were of no real assistance with solving problems with the same difficult tenant who then needed to be removed. I would not describe it as a fully managed service, and despite paying a monthly fee felt on my own and that the property was not being managed properly.
Extremely poor property management by JLL. Our dishwasher stopped working on 4 December 2025. JLL arranged for a contractor to attend on 9 December 2025. During that visit, the engineer caused physical damage to the cupboard (photo attached) and significantly damaged the wall around the electrical socket, leaving the back-box exposed (photo attached). This created a clear electrical safety concern in the kitchen, particularly given the socket’s proximity to the stove and exposure to liquids and cooking oils. We reported the damage immediately with photographic evidence and followed up multiple times. Both JLL and the contractor acknowledged the issue and confirmed the wall and socket would be properly repaired. A repair was eventually carried out on 10 January 2026, over a month after the damage was first reported. However, the work was completed to an extremely poor standard, leaving the wall uneven, visibly damaged, and unfinished (photo attached). As of 7 June 2026, more than six months later, this has still not been properly rectified. On 2 June 2026, we also reported that the living room window lock is broken. As of today, there has been no response or update. JLL are highly responsive when it comes to rent reminders or scheduling inspections, but significantly less responsive when tenants report maintenance issues affecting safety and day-to-day living conditions. This imbalance in responsiveness and the lack of accountability for poor workmanship is unacceptable and does not reflect an adequate standard of property management.
