Ainsworth Lord Estates Blackburn

It was a pleasure living in a property managed by you all. You’ve been the best property managers I’ve ever had the pleasure of renting from. Very clear, organised, and quick to respond to any issues. Very much appreciated that as a tenant. If we ever have a property that needs managing I will be in touch.

I’ve had an excellent experience working with Houseman Properties. From the very beginning, their team was professional, transparent, and genuinely attentive to my needs. They guided me through every step of the process with clear communication and honest advice, which made the entire experience stress-free. What stood out most was their dedication to customer service — they were always quick to respond to questions and went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly. The property itself is exactly as promised: well-maintained, modern, and in a fantastic location. I would highly recommend Houseman Properties to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy property company. Their professionalism and commitment to client satisfaction are truly outstanding. Thank you!

We used Balgores when we sold our last house so it was a no brainer for us to use them again. The service Joe, Jamie and the whole team provide is one that all estate agents should aspire to. Our sale was an emotional one but was dealt with sensitively, and we always felt like we were in safe hands. I would have no hesitation to recommend using this company.

Great experience with Balgores on my recent sale , very professional and pro-active, always on top of the sale making sure everyone was pushing in the right direction. Couldn't recommend more.

I just want to say a big thank you to the team at balgores in Brentwood, Jamie in particular for supporting the sale of a home. They were always professional and guaranteed me a smooth sale and thats exactly what they delivered. I will definitely work with them again and recommend to anyone that needs it. 5***** service ✨️ Thank you 😊

Balgores wasn’t my first choice as other agents had promised me a dedicated service at less cost which was not forthcoming. Moving to Michael K and team was a refreshing change. My sale was handled with speed, energy and excellent feedback throughout. I felt that Michael and his team were on my side and I received timely, accurate and good advice when needed. A lot of effort was put in by Michael and the whole team in getting a difficult sale over the line. The little extra I paid in comparison with other agents was well worth the difference and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you. Balgores.

All the years I’ve been in the property industry and across all sectors, I’ve not come across a better organised business and complete service than Houseman Properties. Both Emma and Raphael have been nothing short of excellent and have endeavoured to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. Massive 5⭐️ rating.

We are plumbing and heating contractors that have worked with Houseman for the last couple of years. We’ve found them to be very organised and honest letting agents, always striving to do the right thing by their contractors, landlords and tenants. When we speak with the tenants on the job, they always say how friendly Houseman are and easy to communicate with. It’s a shame I can’t give 6 stars! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve been working with Houseman Properties since 2016, and honestly, I couldn’t recommend them more highly. I originally chose them because of their unique combination of property management expertise and expert property legal knowledge …

Houseman Properties are a super firm to deal with. We had a fairly complicated tenancy situation to sort out (finding accommodation for a newly-arrived refugee family that we are sponsoring) and Emma at Houseman was friendly, efficient and …
