We recently bought a house through CJ Hole, and they were total stars. Whilst the sale of our property was pretty painful, buying through CJ Hole was extremely smooth. We mainly dealt with Matt (our estate agent) who was extremely helpful during the run up to our offer being accepted, and Alex, the sales progressor. Alex was exceptional throughout, chasing all relevant parties when needed and kept us informed daily of any progress and issues that were encountered, and actively sought to resolve them as soon as possible. I’m a landlord and have been with CJ Hole for approx 18 months now. They’re my third agency and I changed to them after 'suffering' for several years with two other local agencies. I decided to pay the small % increase in fees in the hope that I might see a more professional approach and that I could trust them in all key aspects of property management. The bottom line is that they’ve been great and I wish I’d gone with them right from the very start. Over the last year I’ve had some technically complex issues that had to be sorted (contract and boundary issues), a substantial insurance claims to deal with and some major building works to be managed – and CJ Hole have been superb throughout it all. I’d recommend them unequivocally – especially Kat Hanley who’s been my major point of contact.
