We mainly dealt with Matt (our estate agent) who was extremely helpful during the run up to our offer being accepted, and Alex, the sales progressor. Alex was exceptional throughout, chasing all relevant parties when needed and kept us informed daily of any progress and issues that were encountered, and actively sought to resolve them as soon as possible. Met with Milli for house viewing, she was there early and awaiting to greet us. She was very informative, incredibly helpful and very friendly. Overall a great experience. The house was lush and we feel lucky to have it! The registration was seamless and actual transaction of tenancy agreement was painless, all done remotely so relatively hassle free. One of the easiest housing agreements I've experienced to be honest.

CJ Hole have been successfully letting my elderly mother's house in Henleaze Bristol for over 2 years now. I live abroad and my mother is in care home, so we needed an agent we can totally rely on to look after both our interests and that of the tenants. They have done this very satisfactorily, with good communication skills and a sound knowledge of house rental procedures. They have found 2 good suitable tenants so far, and handle all the paperwork required and carry out regular inspections. On the few occasions when it has been necessary to send tradespeople to the property, it has been done quickly and competently at fair prices.
