CJ Hole have been successfully letting my elderly mother's house in Henleaze Bristol for over 2 years now. I live abroad and my mother is in care home, so we needed an agent we can totally rely on to look after both our interests and that of the tenants. They have done this very satisfactorily, with good communication skills and a sound knowledge of house rental procedures. They have found 2 good suitable tenants so far, and handle all the paperwork required and carry out regular inspections. On the few occasions when it has been necessary to send tradespeople to the property, it has been done quickly and competently at fair prices. I can highly recommend CJ Hole as letting agents if you want piece of mind and a professional service.

We had to move flats on short notice, Philippa and Sharon were both excellent in helping us find a flat that met our hefty criteria list and within our budget. Very friendly service, very helpful and knowledgeable and made the whole process so simple. Izzy was always on hand to help with the final contract details and Sam as always a friendly face in the store. Getting our deposit back from the previous flat (also rented through CJ Hole) was quick and easy too. Thanks a million guys - we'd be slumming it in a tent if it wasn't for you!! I've recently moved into a flat let by CJ Hole, Bishopston, and was very impressed with their services. All the reps who dealt with my let - primarily Eerena, Joe and Philippa, though others too - were very responsive, professional and friendly. The only suggestion I could make is that CJ Hole keeps the vetting service in-house, as the third party vetting service didn't match up to the quality of CJ Hole. I've had some poor experiences in the past with other letting agents, but I can heartily recommend the services of CJ Hole, Bishopston. Thank you!

We recently bought and sold via CJ Hole's Bishopston office and could not have hoped for a better service. Our main contact Sean and the rest of the team were incredibly attentive and made us feel very at ease with the whole process. Despite much of the stereotypes surrounding the profession we felt from the beginning that the attention and level of communication we were receiving showed the guys as genuinely having our interests at heart. The proof of this can be seen in the swift sale of our property and the equally swift purchase of our dream home a few weeks later.
